Looking for Veeva Vault Production Support professional. The candidate will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting for Veeva Vault applications.

Experienced and Certified in Veeva vault (preferably Veeva Vault Safety)Provide support in system administrator and provide production support (L1 / L2 / L3 ) for Veeva Vault Applications as per company defined SLA.

Having a good understanding of ServiceNow (Incidents, Problem Tickets, Change Managements, Service Requests) processes.

Having a good understanding in Life Science industry processes.

Having knowledge of GxP systems and documentations.

Having knowledge on user account create / modify / inactive process.

Having knowledge on custom reports, dashboards, and Object data.
