Job Title : Lead Sales Associate

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Associate / Customer Service Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide fast and efficient service.
• Ring up customer sales using an electronic cash register and process specialty products such as money orders and credit card purchases.
• Assist with shift change by counting money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of a shift.
• Check identification for restricted sales and maintain accurate records.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment used for service or stocking food service products.
• Restock shelves and cooler, rotate and front-face stock, and remove damaged or out-of-code merchandise.
• Monitor cash levels and security procedures during shifts to ensure compliance.
