Due to our exponential growth, Welch and Rushe is seeking a Senior HVAC Estimator based in Upper Marlboro, MD.

As our Senior HVAC Estimator, you’ll take the lead in producing precise, competitive bids that set our projects up for success. You’ll analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to create comprehensive cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor work. Your expertise in sourcing and negotiating with trusted suppliers and subcontractors will ensure we secure the best value without compromising quality. You’ll prepare bid packages, identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities, and collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure every estimate is technically sound, compliant, and profitable.
