Overview :

Sentara is hiring a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for our Population Health Team

Location : Sentara Park- Virginia Beach, VA

Status : Full Time (40 hrs / wk)

Shift : Day

Hours : 8am-5pm

• This Hybrid position requires 2 days per week in office at Sentara Park, days on site at affiliate practices throughout Tidewater Virginia and allows for some work from home days

The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist participates in all aspects of the medication-use system while delivering comprehensive and personalized pharmaceutical care to patients in their designated areas. This role assumes leadership and accountability for specific clinical pharmacy areas, demonstrates advanced skills and expertise, and obtains advanced certification in their practice area if available.
