About The Position

Job Title : Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Profession : Technologist Specialty : Mobile X-Ray Duration : Permanent Shift : 4 : 00 PM - 12 : 30 AM Hours per Shift : 8.5 Experience : Minimum years of experience required License : State licensure reimbursement after 90 days of employment Certifications : ARRT, State Licenses Must-Have : Vaccination against COVID-19 is a requirement. Valid driver's license in good current standing. Maintain required State licenses and / or ARRT certification. Description : Responsible for providing mobile X-Ray and EKG services to various facilities. Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital or computed radiography equipment. Submit and transmit X-Ray images to a Radiologist for interpretation. Unload portable X-Ray equipment and take it into facilities to perform exams ordered by the physician. Must obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-Ray images. Perform EKGs as needed and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation if required. Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily as per protocol. Regularly communicate with dispatch and management. Communicate efficiently and interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients. Maintain vehicle and X-Ray equipment. This position requires physical capability to push and pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
