Job Responsibilities

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and devise tailored therapy protocols aimed at helping them reach their functional objectives
• Deliver Therapeutic Services : Implement evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work side by side with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families : Guide patients and their caregivers on therapy methods to facilitate continued progress at home
• Monitor and Evaluate Progress : Keep track of clinical outcomes and modify treatment strategies as necessary to ensure patients stay on the right track
