Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,182 per week in Saginaw, MI

Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : Nursing Specialty : Intensive Care Unit Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM Hours per Shift : 12 Experience : 2 years of ICU experience, Neuro Trauma experience required License : Michigan RN License Certifications : BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) Must-Have : - 2 years of ICU experience - Neuro Trauma experience - BLS (AHA) - ACLS (AHA) - Recent traveler experience is highly preferred Description : This position performs a variety of integrated neurological, neurosurgical, and trauma critical care functions. The nursing process is applied while utilizing a broad nursing knowledge in a caring and concerned manner. Responsibilities include assessing patients for physical, emotional, psychosocial, and family support needs. Organizing and coordinating all aspects of patient care according to the patient’s real and / or perceived needs is essential. Evaluating patient progress by correlating patient information with nursing knowledge to determine if goals are being met is a key responsibility. Consulting and collaborating with members of the healthcare team in planning and implementing total patient care for individuals is required. Availability for every other weekend and holidays is expected.
