About The Position

5x8s Days (Monday-Friday) - Call requirements : Required on a weekend rotational basis. Every 3rd to 4th weekend. Possible weekday evening call could be included as well to fill in when team member is off. AHA BLS required Must be a Certified Surgical Tech Traveler s permanent residence must be 100 miles or >

from the hospital s service area. General orientation will begin on Mondays. Monday will be online CBLs. Please include in the confirmation : 16 hours of nonbillable orientation. Hospital can cancel / call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36 / 36 or 36 / 48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease / decreased resource need without penalty. I can start the traveler any Monday that you can complete the compliance documents by the deadline.
