  • No of Exam Rooms : 6
  • Services Available Onsite : Lab, POC testing, Phlebotomy
  • Emergency Supplies Available : Defibrilator, Airway
  • EMR : Epic
  • Other Info : Other IM physicians possibly will provide coverage virtually.
  • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
