Finance Reporting

What Will You Do Prepare and maintain Sales Report for various brands Prepare calculation and supporting documents for monthly reimbursement Checking the appropriateness and completeness for invoices Liaise with other Departments in terms of providing data and / or report as needed Perform physical inventory counts Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all financial data and transactions Additional duties as assigned What Will You Need Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in finance related major At least 1 year working experience in Accounting and / or Finance is required for this position Have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel (able to use formula related to Finance) Have a high attention to detail, good communication skill and interpersonal skill Able to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic working environment and meet tight deadline Have strong commitment and possess can-do attitude Proficient in English both written and spoken, Mandarin is a plus
