About the Role

The Head of Data & Analytics is a strategically critical leadership position at Repsly, shaping and executing the data strategy that powers our product innovation, customer impact, and competitive edge. We are offering a unique opportunity for a senior leader to drive our pivotal re‑platforming initiative and lay foundation for how data enables Repsly’s growth for years to come. This role combines high visibility with direct impact : you will define our data architecture and long‑term vision, build and mentor a high‑performing team, and collaborate closely with senior leadership and external partners. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, guiding a small but growing team while staying close enough to the technology to influence architectural choices and mentor on technical best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Owns the overall data and analytics vision, strategy, and execution for the organization, directly aligned with business growth and customer outcomes.
• Responsible for data‑driven innovation, including creation and management of data products, platforms, and talent.
• Anticipate long‑term business and product needs, establishing the architecture and practices to scale toward increased data traffic, automation, and real‑time analytics.
• Identify opportunities to create or enhance data‑driven products that reinforce Repsly’s customer value and market differentiation.
