About The Position
We are seeking Emergency Medicine physicians for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania starting Jan 5, 2026. Multiple providers are needed to cover ongoing gaps, working 10-hour shifts with specific hours to be provided. This opportunity involves managing a broad range of emergency and minor trauma cases for patients of all ages in a collaborative, small-team environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide emergency medical evaluation, stabilization, and treatment to patients of all agesManage acute medical and traumatic conditions in accordance with hospital protocolsCollaborate closely with advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and consulting specialists for coordinated careAccurately document all patient encounters in the electronic medical recordSupervise and support advanced practice providers during designated coverage hoursParticipate in handoffs and communication with oncoming providers for continuity of careMaintain compliance with hospital policies, credentialing requirements, and state regulationsAdditional Information
Must hold a valid physician license in PennsylvaniaBoard certification in Emergency Medical Services requiredAdvanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification requiredPhysicians should be proficient in intubations, laceration repairs, and central line placementStrong communication, adaptability, and ability to collaborate effectively in a small-team settingBenefits
