Education Specialist

A company is looking for an Education & Development Specialist to deliver online instruction to independent contractor Agents. Key Responsibilities Design class curriculum and prepare Agents for quality project work Develop virtual preparation materials based on client documentation and assist with agent scheduling Provide additional preparation and support to active agents and document processes as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably related to Education Essential teaching experience, preferably with curriculum creation 3-5 years of classroom and / or virtual training experience Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Knowledge of call center processes is a plus
