Description : Summary :

The Sales Account Manager leads sales efforts for the all division of Hillen Corporation by managing client relationships, generating leads, securing contracts, and guiding the sales team toward growth targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify prospective customers and present tailored service proposals.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Oversee CRM use and sales tracking / reporting.
  • Train or guide internal sales staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations to align services with client expectations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory :

This position may oversee sales support staff or coordinate efforts across departments.

Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in outside or B2B sales, preferably in the construction industry.

Required Skills / Abilities

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    Valid Driver’s License required.

    Work Environment :

    The work is primarily performed in an office environment with regular travel to client sites and job locations. Occasional exposure to outdoor conditions and active trucking environments.
