As a Travel Nurse RN specializing in Medical-Surgical care, you will deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in acute care, proficiency in EPIC charting, and the ability to adapt to various units as needed. You will work on a 13-week contract with guaranteed hours while floating to different locations based on patient census and unit requirements.

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Orientation Date : 2 / 11

Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 36 hours

Primary Location : Waukesha Memorial Hospital

Shift Requirements : 12hr NOCs; every other weekend; Holiday rotation

Float Requirements : Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as needed.

On Call / Call Back Requirements : None

Minimum Experience : 3-5 years MS experience required. At least 1 traveler contract completed preferred.

MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience

Charting Experience Required : EPIC required within last 12 months

Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio) : 5 Med unit 53 bed unit 1 : 7-8 is possible after 2300.

Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.

Float : Employee should not be asked to work outside of his / her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
