Pay Range : $75,000 - $80,000

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process within the education sector.

Job Responsibilities :

• Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programs
• Provide first-line HR support to employees and escalate complex matters as needed
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues under guidance of senior HR team
• Partner with recruiters to support end-to-end hiring processes
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assist with offer and onboarding activities
