Here’s what your duties will be :

Must be comfortable and confident in the water Must have visual and auditory ability to respond to critical incidents and physical ability to act swiftly in emergency situations Must have ability to observe participant activities adequately, to enforce safety regulations and to apply appropriate policies and procedures Child Protection Commitment The YMCA requires all staff to share responsibility for preventing child abuse by upholding professional boundaries, completing mandatory Praesidium training, and reporting concerns.
