We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for the NTICU - Full Time - Dayshift position located in Lake Spring, Missouri.

Responsibilities include :

Providing specialized critical care to adult patients in the neuro trauma intensive care unit
Monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and managing life support equipment
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Ensuring patient safety and comfort through vigilant assessment and intervention

Skills needed :

Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations

Attention to detail and compassionate patient care
