At Five Star Painting , we’re a locally owned, family- and veteran-operated business that’s growing fast. We’re on the lookout for a motivated Outside Sales Representative who’s ready to meet with customers, create accurate estimates, and help bring their dream paint projects to life.

You’ll be provided with warm, ready-to-go leads —your job is to build relationships, walk customers through their options, and close the sale. Our most successful reps are natural connectors who understand the value of trust and follow-through. Stick to our proven system, and you'll thrive in this role.

This position is 100% commission-based after training, which means your income is in your control. If you're confident, coachable, and driven, the earning potential is strong.
