Registered Nurse (RN)

Adelphi Staffing is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct patient care at a facility in Phoenix Arizona. The ideal candidates will deliver highquality nursing services to patients with mental health conditions following established protocols and standards and will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote patient recovery and overall wellbeing.

Requirements :

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Nursing)

Current and Unrestricted Arizona RN License

BLS (AHA)

Valid CPI Blue Card Current certification in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) with Advanced Physical Skills

Prior experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities :

Assess plan and implement nursing care for patients with mental health conditions.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patient responses to medications and treatment interventions reporting any adverse reactions.

Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records in accordance with hospital policies.

Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and provide input on patient care strategies.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies state regulations and healthcare standards.

Adhere to safety protocols and infection control guidelines.

Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Any other duties as assigned.
