Start Date : ASAP

Shift Details : 4 shifts, Monday-Thursday, 8-4 or 9-5

Bread and butter outpatient care

Rural health setting

Will be seeing Medicare, insurance, and private insurance patients

There will be 2 APPs on site

EMR : Epic

Board Certification : BC or BE. If Board eligible they will need to obtain certification within 5 years of residency

State license required : Client will license. California

DEA : Required

Prefers experience (3+ years) but will look at new grads
