Primary Care Opportunity in Hiram, GAPosition Highlights : Provide high-quality primary care in an outpatient setting for the adult and senior populationWork collaboratively with care teams in a value-based care modelFull-time, employed position with no inpatient responsibilitiesCompensation & Benefits : Competitive salary : $180,000 $300,000 based on experienceComprehensive benefits package5-Star service-focused environmentLeadership support and opportunities for growthSchedule : Full-time schedule with consistent hoursNo inpatient or hospital rounding responsibilitiesResponsibilities : Perform exams, order / interprete diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plansDiagnose / manage chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, COPD, CHF, obesity)Maintain complete and timely EMR documentation (within 48 hours)Supervise Nurse Practitioners and / or Physician Assistants if neededEnsure direct physician visits at least every other appointmentProvide compassionate, coordinated care with a patient-first focusRequirements : MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolActive Georgia medical licenseBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Primary Care specialtyMinimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experienceACLS and BLS certifiedProficient in EMR systems and tech platforms (Google Suite, Microsoft Office)Strong diagnostic, communication, and organizational skillsPreferred Attributes : Experience in value-based care deliveryPassionate about senior care and preventative medicineAdaptable and collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skillsPhysical Requirements : Ability to lift / carry up to 15 lbs and assist with patient movement as neededRequires standing, walking, bending, and prolonged periods of sittingMust have corrected vision / hearing and own reliable transportation
