Position Title : Flower Technician

Job Summary
The Flower Technician is responsible for supporting cannabis cultivation throughout the flowering stage of plant growth. This includes completing daily plant care tasks, following SOPs, maintaining cleanliness, supporting facility goals, and ensuring adherence to state and company regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute tasks across the flower cycle, including room setup, sanitation, trellising, canopy management, defoliation, trimming, and compliant waste disposal.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work environment.
- Monitor and report on environmental conditions and plant health.
- Follow all horticultural SOPs and state cultivation regulations.
- Collaborate with management for accurate and timely reporting.
- Support irrigation tasks such as nutrient mixing, drip / drain readings, moisture monitoring, and Dosatron checks.
- Assist other departments as needed.
- Regularly lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.

Compensation : $18.00 - $20.00 / hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 : 30 am - 3 : 30 pm
