Empath Home Health is growing! We're expanding our home health services in Hillsborough County and looking for a passionate PRN Home Health PT Physical Therapist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to, serve patients in their homes with the flexibility to set your own schedule and grow with us as we continue to build our presence in the community. In this PRN role, you'll deliver individualized care, build trusted patient relationships, and help people manage their health with dignity and independence.

Locations : home health visits in Hillsborough county (Tampa, South Tampa, Brandon, and surrounding areas)

Schedule : PRN role; 5-10+ home health visits available per week; weekend / holiday on-call rotations required
