  • Own the Process : Manage customer disputes with precision and speed—no issue left unresolved.
  • Track Like a Pro : Monitor shipments, provide real-time updates, and ensure every package gets where it needs to go.
  • Tech-Savvy Troubleshooter : Use our advanced systems to track, research, and resolve shipping issues.
  • Claims Champion : File and follow up on lost or damaged package claims for UPS and LTL shipments—never let a claim go unanswered.
  • Follow-Up Fanatic : Keep customers, sales, and support teams in the loop with timely updates and proactive communication.
  • Policy Pro : Stay sharp and stay current on the latest UPS and LTL rules, policies, and procedures.
