- This is an hybrid 12-month contract role that takes place in Philadelphia, PA
Required Skills &Experience
5+ years program or project management experience leading multi-team technical programs that delivered process change and measurable outcomes.Strong data analysis skills; comfortable querying datasets, building analyses in SQL or similar tools, and working directly with data to inform decisions.Proven experience working on programs that employed technology and AI / ML to solve process problems (designing, integrating, or operationalizing models).Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; track record of driving complex tasks to completion.Excellent written and verbal communication; experience presenting program status and tradeoffs to executives.Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.Technical fluency sufficient to partner with engineers and data scientists; familiarity with data engineering, model deployment, or automation platforms.Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent practical experience.What You Will Be Doing
Lead end-to-end program planning and execution : define scope, objectives, milestones, resource needs, and budget.Translate strategic goals into a prioritized roadmap and clear workstreams; own delivery of milestones and business outcomes.Drive process improvement : map current-state processes, identify root causes, design future-state processes, and implement change across stakeholders.Manage technical implementation : partner with engineering, data science, and product to deliver integrations, data pipelines, ML / AI models, and automation.Track and drive detailed tasks : maintain schedules, coordinate task owners, and ensure timely completion of dependencies.Communicate status effectively : produce concise executive updates, program dashboards, and stakeholder briefings; tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.Proactively manage risks and issues : identify, escalate, mitigate, and monitor program-level risks; facilitate decision-making to remove blockers.Data-driven decision making : conduct hands-on data analysis to validate hypotheses, measure impact, design experiments, and support model adoption.Foster adoption and sustainment : develop training, runbooks, and post-launch support plans to ensure operationalization of new processes and systems.You will receive the following benefits :
