I'm supporting a rapidly growing San Francisco Bay Area healthcare technology organization that is building next-generation digital tools for chronic care management, remote patient monitoring, value-based care, and continuous glucose monitoring support.

We're looking for a Director of Product Management who can :

• Own product strategy & roadmap across web, mobile, and care delivery platforms
• Translate clinical workflows into scalable, intuitive digital solutions
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, clinical operations, and executive leadership
• Drive measurable impact for patients, providers, and population health
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product team

Full-time, permanent opportunity

Base salary : $180,000 – $255,000 + bonus + benefits

Onsite in SF Bay Area with some flexibility
