Position Overview :

We're seeking an Experienced Engineer (municipal, structural, or water / wastewater) for our Stroudsburg and Pittston, PA offices. Candidates should have a B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering, at least 3 years' experience with a civil engineering firm. Project management experience and Pennsylvania P.E. license or eligibility for reciprocity preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Experience in municipal / structural water and wastewater systems, and regulatory coordination

Supervise technical staff and coordinate project documents

Plan, design, schedule, conduct and coordinate detailed phases of a project independently as well as with other engineering disciplines and project management staff

Oversee field work and manage project phases

Research local codes and prepare reports and designs for permitting.

Design site layouts, grading, and drainage

Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other engineering design software.

Strong knowledge of drainage systems, hydrology, and water resources management.

Experience with wastewater treatment facilities and stormwater management practices.

Excellent project management and communication skills

Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain reciprocity preferred
