We are seeking an exceptional, confident manager to join our Consultancy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overall account team performance, delivering excellent client service, and ensuring quality control on multiple sizable projects. We seek a partner with strong experience in reputation management who can align our and our clients’ integrated communications and business objectives.

What you will be doing :

  • Understanding clients’ businesses, missions, and key stakeholders including consumers, employees, investors, regulators, media, vendors, and partners.
  • Leading research, planning, creative ideation, and development of integrated communications campaigns.
  • Managing large projects and teams across multiple accounts.
  • Crafting clear and persuasive internal and client communications, including plans and press materials.
  • Monitoring project financials and meeting revenue targets.
  • Growing accounts organically by introducing clients to relevant Edelman capabilities.
  • Expanding industry network and participating in professional organizations to enhance Edelman’s reputation.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and leading RFP responses.
  • Demonstrating strong presentation skills.
  • Mentoring and supporting team members’ development through training and on-the-job coaching.

What is required of you :

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or related fields, including research, media, or publishing.
  • Knowledge and interest in the financial services sector.
  • Superior writing and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on persuasive writing.
  • Strong media relations across various titles.
  • Ability to multitask, delegate, and evaluate work effectively.
  • Understanding of current affairs and global trends, especially related to Asia / Southeast Asia, with insights to advise clients.
  • Up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, understanding their integration into marketing programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
