Job Summary :

Performs facility operations and maintenance activities at the CDTF. This positions primary duties are the oversight of facility utility equipment such as motor control centers variable frequency drives generators boilers chillers air compressors etc. Additional duties involve installation maintenance assembly repair replacement and adjustments of contactors relays light fixtures etc.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Follow all Safety rules and regulations
• Monitors all DDC (Direct Digital control) activities.
• Performs checks on chillers boilers air handlers electrical motors VFDs water heaters exhaust fans autoclaves washers dryers etc.
• Maintain / repair / replace irrigation system. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists maintenance workers in solving work problems.
• Demonstrates attention to detail good comprehensive and analytical skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Operates a variety of equipment such as hand tools computers and diagnostic hardware to perform work.
• Required to occasionally lift 40 pounds
• Must be able to wear a full-face respirator with accompanying PPE and perform duties if needed
• Rotational weekend schedule
• Other duties as assigned by Lead or Management
