Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience or 3+ years of relevant experience in Data Science related technologies.
• Good knowledge in statistics and deep understanding of ML algorithms and their usage.
• 3+ years of experience in Python application programming, Django / Flask / REST frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience in deployment (DevOps) - Dockers, Openshift, Kubernetes.
• Python skills must include Pandas, NumPy, Sci-kit, TensorFlow, NLTK.
• Experience in image processing will be an added advantage.
• Must be a technically competent person to handle the project / team from requirements-design to development-deployment.
• Expectation is to be a hands-on person.
• Very good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in mentoring teams.
• Experience working directly with customer senior executives will be essential.
• Ability to understand customer roadmap and contribute towards the same.
• Ability to interface with customer business teams, understand requirements and translate it to technical, resource requirements.
• Work with internal stakeholders (delivery, competency, TLW, HR) in building teams proactively mapping to customer needs.
