If floated prior to shift, would get a 2 hour notice prior start. Midshift floating could happen.Floor specific orientation : 2 shifts at the primary campus & 1 shift at the other campus.Common diagnosis / Types of patients : Less peds than Mercy Southwest campus. This campus has CDCR (correctional patients) officer comes from the prison & stays with them. All OB are transferred to the other campus. A little more homeless & indigent population here. No cardiac patients. These would be stabilized & transferred out.This must be their primary job. They will not work around another work schedule to accommodate hours. Must be very teamwork oriented.
