A Day in the Life
As a Sr. Director of Enterprise Accounts (DEA), you will establish trusted partnerships with our most important customers, develop Administrative and C‑Suite relationships, and drive Medtronic product and service revenue. You will build specific strategies that leverage Medtronic’s portfolio, deliver unique value, and negotiate national contracting across portfolios to align and execute enterprise‑level agreements. You will also understand each account’s strategic priorities and provide solutions that meet customer needs.

Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. Salary ranges for U.S. locations (excluding Puerto Rico) are $220,000 – $240,000. This position is eligible for an annual long‑term incentive plan and a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). The base salary range varies by experience, education, market conditions, and location.
Benefits available to 20+ hour employees include Health, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long‑term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance / reimbursement, and a global well‑being program.
Benefits for all regular employees include Incentive plans, 401(k) with employer match, Short‑term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non‑qualified Retirement Plan Supplement, and Capital Accumulation Plan (eligible for VP and above).
Regular employees are not temporary; temporary staff are eligible for paid sick time and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Some benefits may not apply to Puerto Rico.
