Commercial Real Estate Accounting Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Outsourced Accounting in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a remote accounting team and provide advisory services to clients regarding financial statements

Serve as the primary contact for real estate investment client engagements and maintain relationships with investors

Calculate investor returns, prepare financial data for loan covenants, and mentor direct reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required

8+ years of full cycle accounting experience in the commercial real estate industry

Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience

Ability to adapt to new accounting technologies and software

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred but not required
