As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various systems, while consistently adhering to company standards regarding data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inputting data accurately into designated databases and systems.
- Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered, ensuring high quality.
- Updating existing data and maintaining up-to-date records in the database.
- Performing regular audits to identify and rectify data discrepancies and errors.
- Transcribing information from paper documents and other sources into digital formats.
- Preparing and exporting data reports for management and other departments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills :
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar position.Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data management software.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
