Audit Manager
Our client, located in north central Phoenix and one of Arizona's largest, locally owned CPA and business advisory firms, is looking for a stellar Audit Manager to join their team. This position will manage clients and staff and will work within several niches including Manufacturing / Retail / Distribution, Restaurants, Construction, Real Estate, and Individual / Estate / Gift. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and base salary up to $140,000 DOE.
Responsibilities :
- Manage audits from start to finish
- Review field work of audits, reviews and compilations
- Review financial statements with full disclosures
- Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements
- Supervise other accountants (of varying levels of proficiency and experience)
- Develop new client relationships, and strengthen existing relationships
- Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to clients
- Assist in firm administrative functions as needed
