This is a Collective Bargaining Unit Position.
Shift / Schedule
- Full Time - Scheduled for 40 Weekly Hours
- Shift Times - Days ( 7 : 30a-4p or 8a-4 : 30p)
- No Weekends or Holidays
General Summary
Functioning as a member of the Care Delivery Team the Secretary IV works under the direction of the Manager and / or RN Team Leader. She / he transcribes physician orders entering them into the computer; plans and organizes patient care records; coordinates communications of pertinent information to health team members and other departments; performs clerical duties according to specific needs; order unit supplies; promotes a positive climate for good interpersonal and interdepartmental relationships.
