Job Title : CVOR Registered Nurse Profession : Registered Nurse Specialty : CVOR Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift : 10 hours Experience : Minimum of 2 years in cardiac, vascular, and transplant experience, 1 year CVOR experience, 1 year in a Level I Trauma facility. License : Valid compact or state license required. Certifications : BLS, ACLS Must-Have : - 2 years of experience in cardiac, vascular, and transplant care - 1 year of CVOR experience - 1 year in a Level I Trauma facility Description : The role requires flexibility in scheduling. Candidates must be willing to work shifts that vary between 2x8 and 2x12 hours. Shifts may extend from 6 : 30 AM to 11 : 00 PM, with call responsibilities included. The candidate will be expected to handle various procedures, including Cardiovascular and Thoracic surgeries. Experience with the EPIC charting system is essential. Candidates will work within a dynamic team environment focused on patient-centered care in cardiovascular surgery. Additional experience with complex surgical procedures is necessary. Strong skills in infection control and universal protocol are required. The position demands a high level of dedication and professionalism to ensure patient safety and comfort.
