Must demonstrate clinical competence by utilizing the nursing process

Must assess and identify patient problems / needs

Will establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress

Average RN to Patient ratio : 1 : 4 / 6

Dress code : Traveler provided scrubs of any color

Patient population : Pediatric-Geriatric

NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better) Travelers must be available to work holiday rotation as needed. RTO can not be approved for those. Thank you!

3+ years of Med Surg experience Required

ICU experience Strongly Preferred - Those travelers with ICU experience will receive first consideration

Travel experience Preferred

Cerner experience Highly preferred

BSN Preferred
