Substitute Instructional Assistant Early Childhood Special Education (Corvallis, Oregon)

Substitute Instructional Assistant for Early Childhood Special Education (EI / ECSE) needed on an on-call basis for working with children 3 to 5 years with special needs in their preschool setting. If you are regularly available to work on short notice Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of 8 : 00am and 4 : 00pm we encourage you to apply. Subs are normally contacted by text by the Office Manager as early as 6 : 00am the morning of the absence as we do not have an automated system.

We have Early Intervention / Early Childhood Special Education Programs in Albany Corvallis and Crawfordsville Newport and Lincoln City. POSITION OVERVIEW

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of developmental and physical disabilities in children.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computer programs including word processing and databases.
• Meet requirements of finger-print-based criminal history record verification.
