Known for its powerful presence in complex, high-stakes cases—ranging from mass torts and environmental disasters to consumer rights and insurance bad faith —this firm is seeking a driven Litigation Associate with 1–3 years of experience, ideally from an insurance defense background, who is ready to leap to plaintiff-sid e work.

In this full-time, in-office role, you'll be expected to hit the ground running, taking ownership of cases from intake through trial. Trial experience isn't required, but courtroom readiness and initiative are. This position is ideal for a young litigator who's looking to gain early exposure to all facets of litigation—client contact, depositions, motion practice, strategy sessions, and trial prep—all while working side-by-side with seasoned trial attorneys.

What You'll Do :

• Manage a docket of litigation matters from inception through trial
• Conduct client interviews and investigations
• Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Represent clients in court and participate in hearings and settlement negotiations
• Collaborate in strategy meetings and contribute to trial preparation
• Maintain detailed case documentation
