Your Responsibilities

We are on a mission to continue our growth and as result, we are hiring a Full Desk Recruiter! This role provides you with a foundation of training, the support to achieve success ultimately a career path in BestLogic Staffing.

Below is a list of duties :

As a Full Desk Recruiter you will impact both our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs. You will

• Source new clients and businesses, evaluate talent, and provide staffing services
• Search, source, and screen potential candidates for the roles available within the company
• Negotiate placements and uncover and resolve recruitment-related issues quickly and efficiently
• Regularly maintain and manage your portfolio of candidates and clients and prepare résumés for associates
• Regularly research and adopt the best market and commercial practices and adhere to internal recruitment policies
• Verify the recruitment practices are up to industry standards and aligned with the companys objectives
