Family Practice NP / PA Needed in Humboldt County, CA

Your New Role :

Position : Primary Care or Family Practice

Job Duration : Full Time / Permanent

Setting : Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, consisting of two 4-hour shifts per day

Experience : Minimum of 3 years experience managing own patient panel; must be able to work independently with physician mentorship available

Patient Population : Diverse patient base in a community health setting, with a minimum goal of seeing 9 patients per shift, 18 per 8-hour day

In this Role :

As a Primary Care Physician at our facility, you will manage your own patient panel, ensuring comprehensive care for a diverse population in Humboldt County, CA.
