Family Support Advocate

Job Summary :

This position is full time consisting of 40 hours a week. Family Support Advocates promote the concept

of mental & physical wellness through interactions with your direct supervisor and other staff at CCFC

and the community. The goal is to help reduce / eliminate barriers a family may be facing.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Parent and or caregiver who has prior experience working with systems in Franklin County
• Reliable and trustworthy, sound decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal, written and organizational skills.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Demonstrated ability to serve individuals and assist interagency and outside agency employees

in a professional, welcoming, and efficient manner.
