To learn more about our College, visit : Essential Job Duties This position is responsible for managing the course schedule and registration processes for Poole College’s undergraduate and graduate programs, and providing administrative support for various college programs including the undergraduate business analytics program. Additionally, the scheduling officer will manage course enrollment-related student communication as well as related college web pages. The successful candidate will have experience with university scheduling and registration systems and program management, be forward-looking, open to generating new ideas and innovations and possess the skill set necessary to support the College in forecasting and planning efforts related to course enrollment, space management, and registration. The scheduling officer will also attend relevant college and university meetings and will represent the college on various university-level committees.
The Scheduling Officer reports directly to the Associate Director of Curriculum and Academic Programs. Other Responsibilities
Qualifications Minimum Experience / Education Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
