We’re a fast-growing fine art children’s portrait studio that has donated millions to children’s charities, and we’re looking for a travel-loving operations / training rockstar to help launch new locations, support studios nationwide, and keep our magic consistent wherever we go.

What you’ll do

As a Launcher & Studio Floater, you’re a mix of traveling trainer, studio fixer, and experience protector :

• Launch new studios across the country and train photographers on sets, lighting, posing, and client experience.
• Float between studios when coverage is needed (openings, leaves, call-outs) to keep schedules and guest experience on track.
• Help build a central training hub using existing videos and materials; partner with our Photography Training team on content.
• Visit studios and storage locations to refresh sets, repair props / wardrobe, and consolidate items to reduce costs.
• Support bookings in partnership with our Experience Concierge (EC) team by reaching out to families who cancel or miss sessions / premieres to get them rebooked.
