Job description

We are looking for a motivated, Bilingual Spanish / English people-oriented Talent Coordinator to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on helping others find great job opportunities, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service to both clients and associates.

Location : Camarillo. Ca. 93010
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : $23.00 per hour

If you have strong phone and communication skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities — we’d love to train you to succeed in this role.

What You’ll Do :

Recruit, screen, and onboard candidates for various job openings

Manage and fill daily job orders with accuracy and speed

Build and maintain relationships with clients and associates

Handle a high volume of phone calls and candidate interactions

Ensure great service and follow-up with clients and job seekers

Maintain compliance and accurate records in our staffing systems
