The Cato Corporation is seeking an experienced Manager, Construction & Maintenance to join our Real Estate Department .

JOB SUMMARY :

The Manager, Construction and Maintenance reports to the Director of Store Planning, Construction and Maintenance. This position is responsible for providing oversight of all store related construction and maintenance needs along with managing a team of maintenance coordinators, vendor relationships and handling day-to-day operational issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manage new store and remodel projects, including white box, conversions, remodels and disaster related renovations
• Manage Cato Crew schedules, timesheets and reimbursables
• Knowledge of Timberline Administrator Add jobs for Store Development Projects, Update Supply Item Numbers and projects to generate vendor work orders, PO approval and invoice processing
