24-hour on-call coverage with out-of-house arrangement

0-2 average admissions, most likely occurring on weekends

Hospital-based inpatient and nursery services

Required skills include newborn resuscitation and late preterm care

One full day orientation provided prior to start

Support includes pager consultation from clinic and ER

We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly

We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage

We simplify the credentialing and privileging process

Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
