Job descriptionProvide direct nursing care while adhering to established policies and protocols. Use the nursing process to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Establish effective relationships with patients and their families, advocating for their unique needs. Educate patients and families on health maintenance and comfort measures. Foster a healthy work environment by serving as a mentor for nursing colleagues. Graduate from an accredited nursing program. No prior experience required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required in the respective state. Ability to engage in constant walking and standing, frequent lifting (up to 25 lbs), and patient movement. Good eyesight and hearing capabilities to ensure patient safety and care effectiveness.
